1. How will this save me time and profits?

All members of R.A.G. will no longer have to spend the time it takes to either sit on the phone or visit with a sales representative off of the street. All you will need to do is to refer them to our "888" number. They may call us in order for us to properly ask the right questions and decide the legitimacy of their program and whether or not it is a good fit for you. This alone will save you many hours and misspent profits.

2. What guarantee do I have that the processor will honor their agreement?

During the interview/screening we conducted with the select processors, it was made very clear that product line selection, customer service, size of the company, length of business and integrity were just part of our concerns that needed to be answered before we would allow them to participate in this program. We know that issues can come up and sometimes do. Under all normal processing conditions this can, and generally is, resolved quickly and easily. When that rare case occurs and issues cannot be resolved and we have been involved, we will reimburse you up to $199.00 toward your early cancellation fee. We will then point you in a new direction and your membership stays in force.

3. Can I just have you prescreen the vendors with out switching processing?

Yes, when you are ready for a proposal, just contact us.

4. What about my current contract?

There may be an opportunity to have some of your early termination fees paid for. Other times, this may not even be an issue.

5. I'm in a lease, can I get out of it?

Unfortunately, all leases are non-cancelable. However, we can normally either re-program your current equipment or still provide you with new. Depending upon the processor.

6. Everybody tells me that they have the best rates and equipment.

That's the problem with the current system. With our program, you will now have multiple processors available that will best suit the sales environment of the member. What better opportunity is there for you with this program? It's not always about the "best rate", as you have found out from the past.
